Hey guys!
I have read the "You are not prepared"- thread and I must say that there are some good suggestions there. To make a short comment, here is what I think:
I really like the idea of the casual guild. It makes the whole thing more fun I think. But when we are in the raid. We need to be more focused. Because its no fun to sit and wait for other people. even tho I understand that someone have to go for a piss sometimes. But phone calls for 15 minutes is not ok, I think. Unless its really important.
Anyway, that was not the reason why I'm writing...
I can say that the main reason why I play WoW is raid. And by posting this, I'm doing my part of the responsibility by trying to get better.
The last times, I have read my damage meter and seen that I'm on the bottom of the dps (not including healers and tanks of course). Witch don't make me happy. So what I want is some tips on how I can improve.
Right now I have this build:
www.wowhead.com/?talent=Rf0qcofzxIziZZVq0cof0o
My main idea with this build is the following.
Its a low aggro spec. I always focus on not getting aggro because that will mess everything up. But I'm wondering if I'm overdoing it, because of my low dps?
This spec also use a small amount of mana. Witch means my mana durability is high. I almost never go oom.
I have chosen to go for iceblock, because it keeps me alive if I'm in trouble (healers are busy with shackle etc.)
So what do you think of this spec?
I also want comments on how you guys think I'm doing in the raid. Am I one of the bad ones? What do you want me to improve? I'm willing to re-spec, do more effort and all. My target is to be one of the most important raid mages in the guild. Because raid is what I think is fun. I suck at PvP. So I don't put much effort into it. I may not have the best equipment. (see guild rooster) But I'm trying to get better through instances all the time (sadly I have a roll curse. I almost never roll over 60). And I'm willing to keep working on that.
So guys. Please give me feedback. And don't be afraid to say that I suck. But please be constructive and tell me what to improve on. Talent spec, equipment, game-play, etc.
Keep up with the jokes guys. I'm laughing my brains out sometimes. And I love being in this guild.
Yours forever, Funky Fly
